Call Recording Interface

Tikal Networks’ Call Recording Interface (CRI) is one of the most user friendly recording tool available in call centers. During support sessions call agents can record any call. Call recordings are tagged by agent name, queue name, date and time of call and any other parameter set by the supervisors. Supervisors have access to every call recording in real time. Call recording are also available to be sent to any enterprise application in MP3 format.
